Ingredients:
- 4 ripe chickoos (peeled and mashed)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup semolina (rava)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts (cashew, almond) for garnish
Steps:
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina until light golden.
- Add mashed chickoo and stir continuously.
- Add sugar and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
